Located in Athens, the Administrative Group is responsible for policy, budget, and overall coordination of the Office of Information Technology.

9. Image: GSAMS Videoconferencing Room
The Instructional Technology Services group provides GSAMS videoconferencing, WebCT, Multimedia, Distance Education, Internet, and Instructional Labs support.

The Internet Imaging System group provides Digital Imaging technologies, including the Distance Diagnostics through Digital Imaging System.

The Web and Application Development team provides Web hosting services and support, Web-based application development services, and consultation services on technical issues relating to Web development, domain name registration, and database design.
12. Image: Griffin Campus Support Team
The Griffin Campus Support team provides support for over 450 microcomputers in a networked, campus-wide setting - in addition to support for videoconferencing, satellite downlinks, and PBX telephone systems.

The OIT unit in Tifton provides both research and extension with every aspect of computer, network, and multimedia support, in addition to technical support for the GSAMS video conferencing system.
